Who can't use Dreamy Lips?
Mouth tape is for anyone seeking brighter eyes, a more defined jawline, and a naturally sculpted look by morning. Suitable for both men and women, it can be used nightly — though it’s not recommended for children or individuals with diagnosed sleep apnea, nasal congestion or respiratory conditions.
Will I feel like I can't breathe?
Not at all. Our mouth tape is made from ultra-light, breathable fabric designed to gently encourage you to keep your mouth closed — it doesn’t block airflow or fully seal your lips. You’ll still be able to breathe through your mouth if needed, but the tape helps promote nasal breathing, which supports deeper, more restorative sleep.
Should I wear mouth tape if I feel sick?
We recommend pausing use if you’re feeling unwell — especially if you’re congested, have a blocked nose, or are experiencing any difficulty breathing. Mouth tape is most effective (and comfortable) when nasal breathing is clear and unrestricted. Once you’ve recovered and can breathe freely through your nose again, it’s safe to resume use.
Can I still talk or drink while wearing it?
Our mouth tape is designed with a gentle, resealable adhesive — so while it’s best worn once you’re ready to sleep, you can easily remove and reapply it if you need to talk or take a sip of water. Just peel it back and press it down again when you’re ready to drift off.
Will it hurt to remove in the morning?
Not at all. Our mouth tape uses a soft, skin-friendly adhesive that’s designed to stay in place overnight but removes easily and comfortably in the morning — no tugging, irritation, or residue.
Why doesn’t your mouth tape have a hole in the middle like some others?
We’ve tested designs with a central hole, but found they aren’t as effective at gently keeping the mouth in a fully closed position throughout the night. Our design is intentionally seamless to better support consistent nasal breathing and reduce the chance of overnight mouth opening — which is key for deeper, more restorative sleep.
