Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES
We charge a RM5 flat rate for standard shipping for all orders within Malaysia on our official website. From time to time we may order promotional shipping rates. Please note these are subject to change. Always check the available promotions prior to placing your order.
International shipping is not currently available via our website.

HANDLING TIME
We endeavour to ship all orders from our warehouse within 2-3 days of your order being placed. If we are unable to ship your order within 7 days due to unforseen circumstances, a member of the customer care team will reach out to you offering you an explanation and resolution options. If your order has not been dispatched after 7 days and you haven't heard from our team you can reach out to hello@glowgen.co. Reaching out for order dispatch updates before 7 days has elapsed will not hasten the speed of your order and is not recommended.

SHIPPING TIME
Orders are generally expected to arrive within 14 days once they have been dispatched. We will send you a tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched, so you will be able to track the shipping updates via the third-party shipping partner's website. Once your order is dispatched via one of our shipping partners (Ninja Van, J&T Express) we have limited control over the shipping speed.
